Features built around your workflow

Below are examples of solutions I have already built and rolled out in client projects. If your business needs something different, just describe your process step by step and I will design a system around it.

Equipment finder by task

Choose a production task. Find the right equipment.

Buyers no longer have to dig through hundreds of product cards and get lost in specifications. They tick their production tasks on the site (what they make, what volumes they need) and the system shows the matching production lines, machines or materials.

Pricing by your formula

Your pricing logic, calculated in real time.

The site calculates the final price for the client in real time. It takes all your internal variables into account: base purchase price, agent commissions, delivery, a floating margin and the current exchange rate (for example, the National Bank of Belarus or the Central Bank of Russia) for a chosen date. It can be built into your CRM as a plugin.

PDF and Word translation that keeps the layout

Translate the document. Keep the original layout.

Upload 90 pages in English and a few seconds later download a finished PDF in Russian.

For companies that work with foreign suppliers. The system translates catalogues, specifications, invoices and drawings instantly. Most importantly, it keeps the original placement of tables, blocks, images and diagrams one to one. The text is replaced, but everything stays exactly where it was, and a built-in industry glossary keeps engineering terms right.

An app inside your CRM

Manage deals inside your familiar workspace.

The module opens right inside your corporate portal. It pulls client data seamlessly, respects staff access rights automatically and lets you run the deal, approvals and pricing in one familiar window.

Automatic product import

Bring supplier products straight into your catalogue.

Forget filling in the catalogue by hand. The system parses the supplier’s website itself: names, detailed specifications, diagrams and photos go straight into your database and are laid out neatly across the site pages.

Client portal

Keep project stages, files and approvals together.

Transparency that builds loyalty with large customers. In their portal, the client sees the current project stages, attached files, the approval history of document versions and private team notes, and follows the process without extra calls.

Analytics for several websites in one place

See all your websites in one dashboard.

If your company runs several sub-brands, landing pages for different product lines or dealer sites, you can track visits, traffic sources and clicks and download combined CSV reports in one convenient dashboard.

How the work goes

I take the project from the first discussion to launch. You review and approve the work at each stage.

  1. I study your product, your buyers and how they make purchasing decisions.

    You getAn agreed project brief

I review your sales process and competitors to identify what buyers need to know before enquiring. I use these findings to define the website’s goals, content and priorities.

  2. I plan the user journey and design the pages around your brand.

You getApproved structure and page designs

I map the catalogue and enquiry flow, then create wireframes and visual layouts. I agree the page designs with you before development, so changes are easier to discuss and resolve.

  3. I build the approved designs, set up the CMS and test the website.

You getA tested website ready for launch

I turn approved layouts into a responsive website with a CMS your team can use. I share a working preview throughout development and check forms, mobile layouts and key user journeys.

  4. I launch the website, configure SEO and plan improvements using real data.

You getA live website and an improvement plan

I check indexing, analytics and structured data at launch. I then use search queries and visitor behaviour to plan improvements, helping search engines and AI assistants understand the website’s content.

Before we start

Bring your price list, specifications and photos. I’ll also need someone who knows the product and sales process.

Materials to prepare

Who will build your project

My approach

I specialise in growing websites for manufacturers and B2B companies around the world, from Belarus and Russia to Spain and Argentina. Since 2019 I have designed and launched more than 30 successful projects in demanding niches, getting deep into each client’s business processes.

The main advantage of working with me is no middlemen and no “broken telephone”. I combine a marketer’s and a web developer’s expertise. You discuss the task with the same person who codes it, so your sales logic, pricing formulas and catalogue requirements don’t get lost on the way from a manager to contractors.

Tools and services I built and maintain

Before we start discussing your project, you can try my own products for free. They automate routine work for designers, marketers and business owners around the world. Before we talk, you can run your website through SEO Spy: it checks up to five pages and explains what to fix.

Questions before we start

How much does a manufacturer website cost?

I quote after a short call and a look at your materials. The price depends directly on the scale of the project, the size of the catalogue and how complex the integrations are. To help you plan your budget, here are typical prices for my work:

  • A turnkey landing page (one-page website): from €400.
  • Setting up a simple CMS: from €250.
  • A custom CMS built around your business processes (like the demo): from €800.
  • A catalogue website (about 100 pages): from €1,400.
  • Large industrial B2B platforms (on the level of Belagra or Zavod PPS, with Excel automation, price calculators, an AI PDF translator and CRM integration): from €8,500.

My proposal always sets out a fixed scope of work, stages and timing. The final price is fixed in the contract before the project starts and does not grow during development.

Who will do the work?

I will: research, structure, copy, design and code. You discuss the task with the person who builds it, so nothing gets lost between contractors.

Can I update the catalogue and copy myself?

Yes, absolutely. At the start we choose a modern CMS: I either build one specifically around the structure of your catalogue or set it up on flexible, secure open-source platforms (for example, Strapi or Payload CMS). As a matter of principle I don’t work with outdated site builders or insecure engines like WordPress, which have too many architectural holes.

Before launch I train you, show you how to use the admin panel and hand over all the access. Any of your staff will be able to update prices, add products and change texts without any programming skills.

Do you work with existing websites?

Yes. In that case we start with a thorough audit: I check your offer, how easy the catalogue is to use, the whole path to an enquiry on mobile devices, your current SEO and web analytics. If targeted fixes are enough to grow sales, I make them on your current site. I only suggest building a new site from scratch when the old platform technically holds back what your business needs to do.

Are your CMSs safe from hacks and data leaks?

Yes. My approach to development is fundamentally different from a typical web studio, because my foundation is DevSecOps expertise and the Google Cybersecurity professional certificate. I also worked as an OSINT specialist for a long time, so I know exactly how attackers look for a company’s hidden vulnerabilities in open sources, how they scrape databases and where ordinary programmers make mistakes.

Can you guarantee rankings or mentions in ChatGPT?

No, nobody can honestly guarantee that: rankings depend entirely on search engine algorithms and on what your competitors do. What I do guarantee is complete, full-scale SEO work: I fix all technical errors, design application pages for precise B2B queries and add in-depth structured data. As a result, both classic search engines and modern AI assistants clearly understand what you make and bring your site into the answers buyers get.

Which countries do you work with?

I build and launch projects for clients around the world, with a track record of websites for companies from Belarus, Russia, Spain and Argentina. We can handle all correspondence, technical documentation and calls in Russian or English, and I also speak fluent working Spanish.

How do we start?

Message me on Telegram with what exactly you make or sell, send a link to your current website (if you have one) and briefly describe which routine tasks or processes aren’t working right now. I’ll look into your project, suggest where best to start and propose the most effective way to work together.

Tell me what you make

And which routine tasks or processes aren’t working right now: the website, the flow of enquiries, complex pricing, a muddle in the CRM or slow preparation of sales proposals. A few sentences are enough to start our conversation.

What happens after you write:

  1. Initial OSINT analysis: free of charge and without your involvement, I study open sources, your current website (if you have one), search rankings and technical errors.
  2. Automation plan: we have a call or exchange messages, and I suggest specific solutions for your business processes.
  3. Fixed proposal: you get an exact estimate with the scope of work, stages and a price that is fixed in the contract and does not grow during development.
