Website audit and improvements

I find out why a website brings few enquiries: the offer, catalogue, path to enquiry, speed, SEO and analytics. You get a prioritised list of fixes, and I make them without an unnecessary rebuild.

Discuss your project

What I check

  • The offer: can a visitor tell within ten seconds what you do and for whom?
  • The catalogue: can buyers find what they need without calling?
  • The path to enquiry: forms, buttons, phone and messengers, and how it all works on a phone. I send a test enquiry and check that it arrives.
  • Speed, indexing and technical errors.
  • Analytics: can you see where enquiries come from and where visitors leave?

What you get

A short report: what gets in the way, why it matters, what to fix first and how to check the result. Three priority tasks at most, so you know where to start.

What I need from you

Your website link, access to Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica and, if you have it, the number of enquiries over the last few months. An audit is possible without analytics, but the findings will cover the website only.

What happens next

I can make the fixes myself. If the old platform gets in the way, I will say so and suggest a new website. If targeted changes are enough, we stick to those.

Not sure where to start?

Tell me what you sell and what is not working. We will sort it out by message or in a short call and decide what you need: an audit, a new website or a custom CMS. For a quick free check of up to five pages, try SEO Spy.

What an actionable finding looks like

Illustrative example, not a client result:

Part of a finding Example
Observation A test form shows success, but the enquiry is absent from the receiving mailbox or CRM.
Next check Trace the submission through the handler and delivery logs.
Action Fix the confirmed failure in that chain, rather than redesigning the form on appearance alone.
Acceptance A new test reaches its recipient; test events are separated from customer enquiries.

A targeted fix makes sense when the platform lets us correct the cause and verify the result. A rebuild needs a specific constraint: for example, a required catalogue structure or integration that the current platform cannot support.

You can start with the visits-but-no-enquiries checklist. If requests arrive but ownership and follow-up are missing, the next task may be enquiry management, not a new website.

Tell me what you make

And which routine tasks or processes aren’t working right now: the website, the flow of enquiries, complex pricing, a muddle in the CRM or slow preparation of sales proposals. A few sentences are enough to start our conversation.

What happens after you write:

  1. Initial OSINT analysis: free of charge and without your involvement, I study open sources, your current website (if you have one), search rankings and technical errors.
  2. Automation plan: we have a call or exchange messages, and I suggest specific solutions for your business processes.
  3. Fixed proposal: you get an exact estimate with the scope of work, stages and a price that is fixed in the contract and does not grow during development.
